Our community is semi-private by default in that non members cannot access a general overview of Riders or uploaded contents. Whoever knows the direct address of your Rider Page or specific contents can view it though without having to be a member of the site.

You can however restrict access to your Rider Page or specific contents in your privacy settings.

Once your clip is uploaded or embedded you can enter / change its title and description.

SELECT ONE OF THE AVAILABLE CATEGORIES for your clip and further categorize it if you want by adding tags as you like.

Since you are welcome to also upload clips about other decent topics than snowboarding an accurate categorization is mandatory so that videos can be found and viewed in a convenient way that makes sense.

You can also "Manage" your videos and "Organize" them to change the order in which they appear in an album.

Uploaded videos need to be processed on the server and depending on their original format and size this might take long enough for you to enjoy a coffee break. Once the video is ready for viewing it will show up on the site and you can also change the video information anytime by clicking the "Edit" button on the video's viewing page.

Of course you can upload a lot of photos and create a lot of albums in the photos section of the site so you may want to do that first and then you can embed a couple of images or simply include a link to a related album in your posts.
Copyright for you, us or them . . .

Unlike on several other sites (check their fine print) you remain the exclusive copyright owner of your work after uploading it to the site . . .

Copyright is something that comes into being automatically with your work so there is no need to register your work as copyrighted anywhere and also there is not even a need to attach a copyright notice in any way, shape or form.

Just be aware that this also goes for the work of others so uploading and therefore distributing anything without an explicit permission from the copyright owner would break the law.

You solely are responsible for determining whether you have the right to distribute content by uploading it to the site.
